- Next of kin/emergency/beneficiaries contact details: names and contact details
- Employment history, educational qualifications, statutory training certificates (including licences, seafarers medical, safety training certificates)
- Visas, vaccinations, ID photos

- Complete and submit our Cadet/Employment application form

We need your personal data in order to provide you with the following services:
- Assessment of candidates for employment
- Employment contract
4. How we store your data
Your personal data is processed in Carisbrooke Shipping Ltd office located in Cowes, UK. Hosting and storage of your data takes place in the same office.
5. Third parties and data sharing
No third party providers have access to your data, unless specifically required by law.
Under UK law, we are required to keep your documents for 7 years according to the Data Retention Policy. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly destroyed. Any personal data held by us for marketing and service update notifications will be kept by us until such time that you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

We don't collect any personal information using cookies — we use them to retrieve the time stamp of your session.

- Business process execution and internal management — including travel and expenses, IT services, information security, internal audits, legal consulting and dispute resolution

Your personal data is processed in Carisbrooke Shipping Ltd office located in Cowes, UK. Hosting and storage of your data takes place in the same office.

While processing Cadet personal data for the purposes indicated above, the Company may use the services of third parties including:
- Maritime College
- SMART (Government Funding Administrator)
- P&I Clubs
- Flag Administration
- Port Agents
- Hospitals (in case of emergency)
- Maritime Training Trust
- Department of Transport
When using any third party the Company will ensure that suitable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect personal data as required by applicable law.
Cadet personal data will be stored for no longer than necessary — retention will not exceed 10 years from the last day of employment.
