- next of kin/emergency/beneficiaries contact details: names and contact details
- employment history, educational qualifications, statuary training certificates (including licenses, seafarers medical, safety training certificates)
- visas, vaccinations, ID photos

Under UK law, we are required to keep your documents for 7 years according to the Data Retention Policy. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly destroyed. Any personal data held by us for marketing and service update notifications will be kept by us until such time that you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information. Compliance with local and EU Member State Law. This purpose refers to the processing of personal data as necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which the Company is subject. It’s also to ensure compliance with the law by the Company including but not limited to the prevention of crimes and the disclosure of personal data to government institutions and supervisory authorities, including tax and labour authorities, in relation thereto.
Business process execution and internal management. This purpose addresses activities such as travel and expenses, managing company assets, IT services, information security, conducting internal audits and investigations, legal or business consulting, and preparing for or engaging in dispute resolution.

Maritime Training Trust (Cadets training)
Department of Transport
thus, the third parties may receive or have access to Cadet personal data.
When using the services of any third party the Company will ensure that the third party will provide suitable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data as required by the applicable law.
The Cadet’s Personal data will be stored for no longer than necessary considering the purposes of the processing activities. The retention will not exceed 10 years from the last day of employment.
