How to make a data request
Follow these four steps to exercise your data protection rights

Download and complete the relevant form
Select the form that matches your request. Complete all sections clearly and sign where required.
Email the completed form to our data protection team
Once completed and signed send your form to us by email. Please include your full name and contact details so we can process your request.

We respond within 30 days
As required by UK GDPR we will respond to your request within one calendar month. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing your request.
Not satisfied with our response?
